Wu Fen Pu, Shopping

This is probably the place to go for non branded shopping, . The ground level of the entire block of residential buildings is turned into merchants of mostly hip and youthful fashion. They are mainly wholesalers but many do sell retail. On the sale racks, you can find things for as little as $NT100. There must be more than 500 shops, each one about 30 square meters of space.

It was more organised than I expected. I am not sure if it would be wise to go on weekends. The alleyways were narrow enough on the weekday we went. One other negative is the lack of change room – they are mostly wholesalers after all. Every now and then you will see little trolleys with big colourful plastic bags. These are merchants who take their goods back to the suburban night markets and stalls.
